The Company does not store or process bank card details. Payment data is processed exclusively by third-party payment providers.

In limited cases, data may also be received from service partners where necessary to perform booked services.

coordination and organization of booked services (including Border Trip, Arrival Airport Assistance, Transfers, and any other services that are implemented and may be implemented by the Company in future);
processing and management of bookings and orders;

billing, payment processing, accounting, and financial compliance;
security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and quality control;

Upon expiration of applicable retention periods, personal data is deleted or anonymized where permissible. Backup copies may be retained temporarily for security and recovery purposes.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and official communication channels of Greenvia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and the booking and use of services offered through them.

By accessing the website, submitting a booking, and/or making a payment, the user (“Client”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by:

These Terms & Conditions;
The Privacy Policy;
The Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All three documents form an integral and legally binding agreement between the Client and the Company.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Company” means Greenvia (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the operator of the platform.
“Client” means an individual who makes a Booking for Services.
“Services” means the services offered through the website or official channels.
“Booking” means a confirmed order for Services.
“Service Providers / Partners” means independent third-party service providers engaged to perform Services, who act in their own capacity and are solely responsible for the operational execution of such Services.
“Website” means the Company’s official website.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

3. Scope of Services

At the time of publication, the Company offers the following Services:

Border Trip - provided strictly as a transport and logistics service.

Private Transfers - including city, intercity, individual, and group transfers.

Arrival Airport Assistance - assistance with airport procedures.

The Company may introduce additional services in the future. Such services will be governed by separate or updated terms.

4. Role of the Company and Service Providers

The Company acts solely as a coordinator and organizer of services.
All services are performed by independent Service Providers and Partners engaged by the Company.
The Company does not act as a provider of transportation, tour, or related services and does not employ or control the service providers performing such services.
No partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship is created between the Client and any service provider.

5. Booking Process

Bookings may be made through the Website or official communication channels of the Company.

A Booking becomes binding only after confirmation by the Company, which may require full payment or a deposit, depending on the Service category.

The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel unconfirmed bookings.

6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the Website and may include applicable taxes and fees in accordance with Thai law.
The Company reserves the right to modify prices prior to Booking confirmation.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The Company does not store payment card details and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party processing delays.

7. Service-Specific Terms

7. 1 Border Trip

The Company provides coordination and logistical support in connection with the trip; however, all decisions relating to border crossing, immigration clearance, entry, visas, or stamps are made exclusively by the competent immigration authorities of the relevant country.
The Service is provided subject to the Client having no restrictions, legal violations, bans, or other circumstances that may affect their ability to cross the border.
The Client confirms that they bear full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided and undertakes to inform the Company in advance of any circumstances that may be relevant to the trip or border crossing.

7. 2 Arrival Airport Assistance

Arrival Airport Assistance is an assistance service provided to facilitate airport procedures in accordance with the rules and requirements of the relevant airport and authorized authorities.
The availability of the Service may depend on the passenger’s individual circumstances, as well as on requirements, restrictions, or limitations imposed by the airport, airline, or immigration authorities.
Where the Service cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the Company’s control, the Client will be notified in advance to the maximum extent reasonably possible.

7. 3 Transfers

7. 3. 1 Airport Transfers

For airport transfers, the vehicle pickup time is calculated based on the flight number provided by the Client at the time of Booking.

In the event of a flight delay, arrival time information may be updated automatically, and the vehicle pickup time will be adjusted accordingly based on the actual arrival time.

In case of any changes to flight details, the Client is required to notify the Company no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled service.

7. 3. 2 City and Intercity Transfers

For city and intercity transfers, pickup time and trip duration are indicative only and may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, and other external factors.

The Company arranges for a vehicle of the selected class, or a comparable vehicle, to be provided by independent service providers.

A waiting time policy applies to transfer services and is published on the Company’s website and effective as of the booking date.

8. User Obligations

The Client agrees to:

provide accurate and complete information;
arrive on time at agreed pickup locations;
possess valid and lawful travel documents;
comply with instructions from Service Providers and authorities.

The Client bears sole responsibility for the validity of documents and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

All cancellation, refund, and no-show matters are governed exclusively by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service changes may be made where necessary, provided that the class and character of the Service are preserved.

10. No-Show and Delays

Failure to appear at the agreed time and location may result in the Service being treated as rendered, without entitlement to a refund, in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Waiting time rules applicable to Services are published on the Website or communicated at the time of Booking.

11. Communications and Electronic Notices

Official communication channels are determined by the Company and published on the Website. The Client agrees that:

communications may be conducted electronically and via messenger platforms;
correspondence may be logged and stored for operational, security, and quality control purposes;
legally relevant information may be delivered in electronic form.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, and content, are the intellectual property of the Company or used lawfully.
Use of such materials without prior written consent given by the Company is prohibited.

13. Disclaimers

The Company:

does not guarantee visas, entry, stamps, or decisions of authorities;
does not provide legal, immigration, or professional advice;
provides website content for informational purposes only;
does not provide transportation or other operational services and acts solely as a coordinator of services performed by independent service providers.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

force majeure events;
actions or decisions of state authorities;
acts or omissions of third parties or Service Providers.

In all cases, the Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant Service.

15. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, losses, or damages arising from:

Breach of these Terms;
Provision of inaccurate or false information;
Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

16. Insurance

In the event of an insured event, any insurance claim and subsequent settlement shall be handled directly between the Client and the relevant insurance company, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable insurance policy.

The Company may, at its discretion, provide reasonable assistance or support to the Client in communicating with the insurance company; however, the Company does not act on behalf of the insurer, does not make decisions for the insurer, and bears no responsibility for the outcome of any insurance claim or settlement process.
By using the Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this procedure for handling insurance-related matters.

17. Amendments and Updates

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions are published on the Website and apply to new Bookings only. Clients are responsible for reviewing the current version prior to making a Booking.

18. Language Priority

In case of inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. All disputes related to or arising in connection with these Terms & Condition, which may not be resolved amicably between the parties, shall be brought to a Thai court of appropriate jurisdiction.

Refunds & Cancellation

1. Introduction and Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the rules for cancellation of bookings and refunds in connection with services coordinated by Greenvia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) through its website and official communication channels and performed by independent service providers. This Policy applies to all bookings made by clients (“Clients”) and forms an integral part of the Company’s:

Terms & Conditions; and
Privacy Policy.

This Policy must be read together with the above documents.

2. Acceptance of the Policy

By submitting a booking and/or making a payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

“Booking” means a confirmed order for services.
“Cancellation” means a request by the Client or the Company to cancel a Booking.
“Service Date” means the scheduled date of the service to be performed.
“No-Show” means failure of the Client to appear at the agreed time and place without proper cancellation.
“Official Communication Channels” means the communication channels published by the Company on its Website.
“Refund” means the return of funds paid by the Client, subject to this Policy.

4. General Cancellation Rules

The Client may cancel a Booking subject to the conditions set out in this Policy.

A Cancellation becomes effective at the date and time the Company receives the cancellation notice via its official communication channels, calculated in Thailand time (ICT).
Cancellations submitted through unofficial channels or third-party platforms may not be recognized.

5. Client-Initiated Cancellations

5. 1 Refund eligibility depends on:

The type of service booked;
The timing of the Cancellation relative to the Service Date;
Whether the service has already been partially performed or irreversibly initiated.

5. 2 In the event of a No-Show, no refund is provided unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations or Changes

6. 1 The Company may cancel or modify a Booking, including where required by service providers or due to:

Force majeure;
Requirements or decisions of government or regulatory authorities;
Technical or operational reasons;
Circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

6. 2 In such cases, the Company may offer, at its discretion:

A refund; or
An alternative solution of comparable nature, where feasible.

7. Service-Specific Cancellation and Refund Terms

The following conditions are applied by the Company for administrative purposes and may reflect or incorporate conditions imposed by service providers:

7. 1 Transfers (City, Intercity, Group)

Cancellation 7 days or more before the Service Date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the Service Date: 50% refund of the total service price.
No-Show: no refund.

7. 2 Border Trip

Cancellation 7 days or more before the trip date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the trip date: 50% of the full service price per person is retained.
No-Show: no refund.
Decisions or actions by immigration or border authorities do not constitute grounds for a refund unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy.

7. 3 Arrival Airport Assistance

Cancellation 7 days or more before the Service Date: 100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the Service Date: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Where processing of the service has already commenced or commitments have been irreversibly made, a refund may be unavailable.

8. Services with Separate Cancellation Rules

Certain services (including tours, ferry tickets, or speedboat tickets) may be subject to service-specific cancellation and refund terms, which are displayed at the time of booking.

Such service-specific terms prevail over this Policy for the relevant services.

9. Fees, Commissions, and Deductions

Refunds are processed net of payment provider, banking, and intermediary fees, where applicable.

Payment system commissions and third-party charges are non-refundable and are not compensated by the Company.

10. Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, where technically possible.

Where required for technical or operational reasons, refunds may be processed via alternative methods, including Wise or manual transfer.

Refunds are not made in cash.

11. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are initiated within a reasonable processing period after approval.

Actual crediting time depends on the rules of payment providers and banks and is outside the Company’s control.

12. Currency and Exchange Rates

12. 1 Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency where possible.

12. 2 The Company is not responsible for:

Exchange rate differences;
Currency conversion losses;
Intermediary bank fees.

13. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the Client must submit a request via the Company’s official communication channels and provide:

booking number;
Client name;
reason for cancellation.

Refund requests are processed on business days and handled in order of receipt.

14. Authority-Related and Immigration-Related Events

Refusals, delays, or decisions by immigration, border, airport, or other authorities are outside the Company’s control and do not automatically entitle the Client to a refund, unless expressly provided in this Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability in connection with any refund or cancellation is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the relevant service.

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

The Company may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions are published on the website and apply to new bookings only. Clients are responsible for reviewing the current version prior to making a booking.
